So I was listening to the new Mainstay album and came across a great worship song and I wouldn't feel right depriving all of you that don't read this......so here goes.

As I was reflecting on a conversation my wife and I were having this morning, the words to the first verse of this song came to mind. I think alot of time we (as Christians) lose sight of the fact that his voice is calling out into the wilderness and He (being God) desires to lead us home to him. Into his salvation and his refuge. And are we really willing to do what ever it takes to be with Him?

so lets try this

So after reading so many blogs from friends and family....I thought it was time to do this. For any that are not in the know, Shelter For The Broken is the name that the Lord has given me for my musical endeavors. I feel that it represents both what I try to portray thru the music that God gives me and exactly what God wants to be for us. If you are new to who I am.....my name is Billy Fredlund and I have a gorgeous wife and two beautiful daughters....and one more that I can't wait to see in Heaven. I am also a musician and worship leader. My wife and I attend Calvary Chapel SLO and are very grateful for our church family. (to any that may read this from CCAG, we miss you guys and love you too)
